Joe has particular experience and training in helping clients navigate relationship concerns, anxiety, identity development, trauma/traumatic stress, and boys' & men's issues. When indicated, Joe utilizes mindfulness- and skills-based interventions to support specific issues & focus areas. Joe believes that people are the primary experts on themselves, and he therefore values a collaborative approach to therapy that encourages self-efficacy and personal choice.
